The Number Plate Shop cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and is not responsible for postal delays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If the wrong delivery method is selected (e.g., a UK option for a non-UK address), we are not liable for delays or lost parcels.
Lost parcels are not considered officially lost by couriers until 14 days after dispatch. We cannot issue a refund or replacement until a full postal investigation is completed, and we may need to wait for postal insurance to pay out before any compensation is made.
If you select a non-signed for delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels. Tracking will be provided, and it is your responsibility to follow up with the courier.
Our courier will attempt to deliver your item twice. If you are unavailable both times, the goods may be destroyed by the courier. In such cases, Number Plate Shop is not liable and a new order must be placed at full cost.
