Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To process a return, you must send the item(s) back to us along with proof of postage.
Replacements will be sent once we have received and verified the faulty items.
As all products are bespoke and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations for orders that have already been produced due to a change of mind.
Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, if your item is damaged or incorrect, we will repair or replace it and return it to you.
Number Plate Shop is committed to providing high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it.
To report a problem, please email us with clear photos of the issue. All number plates are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch, and we require photographic evidence to process any claim. We cannot issue replacements or refunds without it.
